    岗位职责:

    1. Provide statistical methodology support in the delivery of standard and custom studies.
    2. Apply statistical design and methodology to meet client information needs, conducts statistical analyses to derive conclusions from the study and assists in preparing written summaries of study results.
    3. Work as part of a team in preparing analysis plans and statistical reports and performs validation of statistical analysis, work closely with Global team.
    4. Work on projects of limited scope within defined procedures and practices.

    岗位要求:

    1. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,Information Technology or related field(s).
    2. Experience in data programming languages R, Python, SAS, SQL, etc.
    3. Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge (modeling, sampling, statistics, analytics, etc.).
    4. Experience in new advanced and analytical techniques (ML/AI) related to data architecture,data and feature engineering and predictive/classification analytics.
    5. Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering from various sources toresolve problems on non-routine matters.
    6. Good English oral and written skills.

  • 艾昆纬-数据科学家（机器学习）

    岗位职责:

    1. Under guidance, Deliver standard and customized projects via statistical or machine learning approaches.
    2. Work with the team to understand client’s requirements, conduct machine learning models after the translation of requirements into ML-focused methodology.
    3. Work closely with other team members in an agile environment to deliver high quality, robust insights.
    4. Work on projects of fixed scope within pre-defined methodology.
    5. Work with Senior Data Scientist to develop multiple machine learning algorithms on pharmaceutical industry related applications, e.g. insights mining and commercial strategy research in the real-world human data of life science industry, reveal physicians’ responsiveness to digital engagement messaging, understand diagnosis/products relations,etc

    岗位要求:

    1. Graduated degree or higher in a technical or scientific domain, such as Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science.
    2. Strong scientific programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SAS, SQL.
    3. Appetite for applying new and existing technology to challenging problems in life science, i.e.motivated by solving the problem.
    4. Knowledge of supervised machine learning methods, such as regularized regression,ensemble tree-based models, support vector machines, deep learning methods, etc.
    5. Basic knowledge of Natural Language Processing, such as sentiment analysis, topic model,NER, etc.
    6. Good written and spoken communication skills, including ability to present technical concepts to non-expert, write analysis plans for projects under guidance, contribute to proposals applications, etc.
    7. A proactive, innovative, and pragmatic approach to problem solving and an ability to think critically and independently, able to work as part of a cross-functional team.
    8. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
