    岗位职责:

    1. Manage and deliver green building certification projects, in particular LEED and WELL as required
    2. Develop and implement sustainability programs for corporate clients
    3. Review technical documents from energy efficiency and sustainability’s perspective and develop solutions for improved performance
    4. Manage vendors and partners on projects. Review vendor reports and oversee onsite works to ensure on time and quality delivery
    5. Communicate with client representatives on technical and nontechnical issues and maintain client satisfaction
    6. Develop cost effective energy efficiency solutions through energy audit, energy due diligence and other means
    7. Draft proposals for green building consultancy, energy management and other sustainability services as required
    8. Support business development and marketing activities associated with sustainability across the region
    9. On time and quality delivery of green certification and energy efficiency projects

    岗位要求:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, social sciences, or related field preferred; master’s degree a plus 
    2. China-specific exposure to property investment and/or property-related consulting, urban planning, or other related field is a major plus 
    3. A demonstrated interest in (or exposure to) retail real estate, including but not limited to:  consumer research, e-commerce, shopping malls and brand expansion 
    4. Advanced fluency in English is required; you will be required to communicate in English with international clients and developers, as well as draft English reports  
    5. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and strategic-thinking capacity; proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
    6. Experienced, polished and innovative presentation skills and strong proficiency working with PowerPoint 
    7. Willingness to develop proficiency with new platforms to identify insights through data analytics and mapping  
    8. Self-motivated, able to work independently and travel independently when required (role is at least 10% travel)
